Personally, I wouldn’t repurchase this because using it alone isn’t enough for me, but if you have oily skin and need something to lock in moisture without giving you any added oiliness, this might be worth trying, especially for the price.

It does have a cooling effect but I wouldn’t say it eliminated puffiness under my eyes and the moisture it provides is very light and I do require more heavier moisture in this area. It wears well under makeup and easily eliminates troublesome flaky areas on my cheeks by providing spot treatment moisture.

Wet n Wild’s version is a chunky little 0.35 oz swivel up balm that’s the exact same blue as Milk Makeup’s version. However, the two products do not have the same ingredients. If you can’t really see yourself dishing out $24 for Milk’s version or just love a good budget option you’ll likely love Wet n Wild’s Focus Hydrating Stick. I think sticks like this can be cute but most importantly they are great for travel! Not to mention Wet n Wild Photo Focus Hydrating Stick is an obvious nod at Milk Makeup’s Cooling Water which is much more expensive.
